Salaam, I'm Harun
Soon, I will be embarking on the incredible challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, to raise funds for people who are facing hardship and need our support. Every step of this demanding journey will be a reminder of why this cause matters and of the strength that can be found when people come together to help others.
This isn't just about reaching the summit – it's about raising funds for AWET's education, welfare and community projects in East Africa. While reaching the top will be a personal achievement, the real goal is to help create opportunities, improve lives and support communities that need it most.
